We do not accept Returns.  We will Exchange a product that was delivery to  you damaged or not as ordered.

Your product must be postmarked within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase, Unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange for items after the 30 days.

Take Pictures: Take pictures of the packaging if it was damaged when you received it. A clear picture of mailing label and packing slip as well. Attach the photos to the email you send us.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased and you have an invoice or proof of purchase, we will send the exchange to you.  If you do not have any purchase information, contact the gift giver to get proof of purchase, or have them contact us.

Shipping
To exchange your product; mail to: Autotechgadgets.com, 90 Wall St. Ste 426, New York, New York US 10005 unless directed otherwise.  Include a copy of your name and address, email and phone number and put it inside the package. Pay for the shipping. We will refund the shipping cost after the item to be exchanged has been: inspected for factory, shipping or consumer damage.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs will be refunded if it is determined the item was damaged by the factory or delivery.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We would appreciate it if you use a cheaper choice of shipping method when returning the item.  Thank you.
